Katy Gallagher and Brittany Higgins are set to be two of the first to have to answer to the National Anti-Corruption Commission over the $3 Million Dollar donation that Labor gifted Brittany Higgins even though her allegations against Bruce Lehrmann were never ever proven in a Court of Law.
